- work-account identity details supplied through Microsoft Entra;
- client workspace content entered by authorised users;

4. AI-assisted features
Folentra’s AI tools run after a user action. Depending on the feature, a request may include selected or existing text together with server-added workspace context such as client name, fiscal year, entities, business information or transaction details. The current backend uses Google Gemini, and some narrative-generation requests enable Google Search grounding. Before publication, this notice must document the production provider, purposes, retention, model-training terms, subprocessors, international transfers and customer controls.
